Shipping and Delivery Policy

We at Shri Mintus Art are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship through the reputed couriers only.

1. Shipping Policy:

• All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Delivery Policy:

• The delivery time for each product is mentioned on the product page. The delivery time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product.
• An email/SMS will be sent to you as soon as your purchase is shipped which will contain the tracking details and expected date of delivery.
• Delivery of all orders will be “on” the registered address of the buyer as per the address provided at the time of placing the order.
• In case of damage or missing items in the shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges:

• Shipping is free on all orders above 1599. For orders below 1599, a nominal charge of 200 will be applicable.
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
• We also offer express shipping at an additional charge. You can select this option during checkout if required.

4. Return Policy:

• We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will process a replacement.
• Return shipping will be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can contact us and raise a request for cancellation, we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped yet.
