INGREDIENTS =
Sprouted Millets and Moong Khichdi is a wholesome dish made with sprouted foxtail millet flour, bajra, and jowar flour, along with sprouted moong dal flour and a delicious seasoning mix.
No added preservatives, artificial flavours, salt, sugar, and milk solids.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS –Please KEEP IT IN A COOL DRY PLACE. Once open transfer the contents to an air-tight container and use by one month or expiry date whichever is earlier.
Method of cooking
Add 3 teaspoons of PORRIDGE(approx. 30 gm) into a pan with 150 ml of water
Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins
Stir continuously to avoid lumps and remove from flame when cooked.
Serve it warm.
You can add, ghee, boiled and mashed vegetables for extra taste as desired
