We do not accept returns for any of our products. Once a piece is sold, it cannot be returned. We strictly do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchange services in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Replacement:
Yummy Millets allows returns or replacements only for customers who are eligible according to the guidelines/rules set by the Company. You must initiate a return/exchange request for a product within 72 hours of its delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
If the product is spoiled due to its natural nature (which occurs rarely).
If the product is damaged during transit (though transit damages are uncommon due to our meticulous packaging and handling).
Steps to Obtain a Refund/Replacement:
Contact our Customer Support team by sending an email to yummymilets@gmail.com or sending a WhatsApp message to +91-74280 37380 within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your Order details and request for replacement/refund along with the reason. Please attach an image of the product (as proof of damage) and the invoice for our reference.
Our team will review and investigate the images provided, and we will respond with a resolution within 24-48 hours.
Return Pick-Up Process:
If the products need to be picked up for assessment, we will request you to arrange for a return pick-up. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products meet our eligibility criteria.
Replacement Availability:
If a replacement is requested and available, we will process it subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
If, regrettably, you need to cancel an order placed through any payment method, kindly do so within 6 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Before Shipment: For cancellations initiated by you before your product has been shipped, we will process a refund after deducting a transaction charge of 2.5%. The remainder of the payment will be reimbursed to you.
Cancellation After Shipment: If the cancellation request is made after your product has been shipped, it won’t be feasible to cancel the order at that stage. In such instances, the order will be eligible for replacement solely in cases where product defects are identified or if the received product differs from the one that was originally ordered.
