INGREDIENTS – =

A nutritious combination of sprouted Jowar, Bajra, Ragi flour, sprouted Chana and Chickpeas flour, rice, capsicum, carrot, onion flakes, and seasoning mix for delightful and healthy Chila/Dosa. 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS –Please KEEP IT IN A COOL DRY PLACE.  Once open transfer the contents to an air-tight container and use by one month or expiry date whichever is earlier.

 

Method of cooking

Mix 4 spoons of chila mix with ½ cup water to make a smooth batter. Add a little curd if desired.

Let the mixture stand for 5 mins. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter or ghee. Add a small quantity of batter and spread to desired thickness.

Slow cook on both sides and serve hot. You can add paneer or other vegetables of your choice for a wholesome meal.

The same mix can be used to make Dosa, Chila, Pakodas, Uttapams, Paniyarams, etc.
