INGREDIENTS =
Sathu Maavu/Sprouted Multi-Grain Millet Porridge is a nutritious blend of sprouted ragi, moong, masoor, chana, and chickpea flour, combined with brown rice, sago, peanut, and almond flour.
No added preservatives, artificial flavours, salt, sugar, and milk solids.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS –Please KEEP IT IN A COOL DRY PLACE. Once open transfer the contents to an air-tight container and use by one month or expiry date whichever is earlier.
Method of cooking
Add 3 teaspoons of PORRIDGE(approx. 30 gm) into a pan with 150 ml of water OR MILK
Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins
Stir continuously to avoid lumps and remove from flame when cooked.
Serve it warm.
You can add dry fruit powder, ghee, and vegetable puree for extra taste as desired
